"i" Drill Rod In A Single Imp And A Reverse Try

Okay so I have never tried to bend anything in a single imp.

Things I learned: hurts way more!! And it's a PITA to unwrap!! Takes longer then the bend by far haha

I then did some time holds on the 3 and came a frog hair away from closing it three fingers. Also did four reps with it opening way over mm set. And missed on my elite by a tad.

So my hands were done but I tried a reverse bend on a 7 1/4 "i" drill rod. First time ever trying that way. I'm sure my form is horrible what do you guys think??

I think it was close to bending but easily took it out doh.

Here's the I single imp bend

Here's the reverse try

Lols^^^ it put a little round spot near my thumb pad on the left hand. Kinda like a slight abrasive scuff mark. Kinda stung for a bit after too there. The I done after the reverse try felt so easy compared to the single imp.

So by doing it in a single is it supposed to help when you use two or just toughen the hands ? Or both

With reverse i always have the wraps nearly touching also it looked as if you was just using your wrists but you need to channel all

of your upper body into the bend if you know what I mean. Good attempt tho man I can't really advise you on DO bending

as I rarely do it.

Yeah I tried it just to try it. Maybe I'll try again fresh and try and use more then just wrist/ hands.
