EJ Livesey
When I lift 3-5 reps 2 sets as heavy as possible. 2-3 seconds up 3-5 seconds down. Rest 3-4 minutes between sets. Enough time to drink and stretch.

EJ Livesey
Just don't let your muscles cool down, Thats a big reason for injurys no matter what your doing. You also don't want to train to failure either. That is another big reason for injury. So stay warm but also leave some in the tank, and be able to gain something back on your break.
