EJ Livesey
I was feeling strong today and decided to get some revenge. I tried a gold a few days ago and it shut me down around 40degrees. So after this I may be changing all my bending goals. Enjoy!

Stephen Ruby
Damn inane how quick you got back to this bend, especially considering it beat you just a couple days ago. You really have a natural ability to mentally overcome, impressive bend.

EJ Livesey
Thanks for all the positive comments guys. But I'm really just playing catch-up. I bent a couple golds about a year ago in these same wraps but faster. So I'm almost to where is was then. This was a mind over matter thing for me. When I bend I go blank, I get calm and peaceful. The pain doesn't bother me, in fact all I really feel is the pressure. But there were two times during this bend when I hit a nerve and my right hand went numb. My bones and tendons feel fine. Just my skin became sissy-fied again.
Ivan Beritashvili
Finally I put everything away and sit down to watch your vids.First - I am very happy you came back. Happy you are solid again.Second - your hairstyle - I like it Third - Wonderful country-house, super sight !!Fourth and most important. Watch yourself, EJ. Your strength comes back very fast. It will increase much more faster than your hands and wrists will adapt. I know you are more experienced than me, but nevertheless I advice you to put a year into your comeback to the level alowing to smash the gold nail. If you work at 85-90% of your strength, you won't get injured again and you will always have some reserve to progress. That's will be my policy when I'll bend again after my injury.Good luck brother, I root for you !!

Good luck brother, I root for you !! Thanks Ivan. You're right, my strength is returning very quickly. That muscle memory is awesome. But if you can believe it I'm trying to only go 85%. This was just something I needed to do or at least try. I really don't want to get hurt again. I do plan on taking things slow, but right now I'm not sure what my real goal will be. So I need to decide and really focus. Incredible bend ej hopefully more people will get motivated and we can see a renewed intrest in the bending world. That would be awesome. If really like to see that happen. Don't get me wrong I like grip, but not as much as bending. crazy bend ! good stuff brotherThanks homie. I appreciate you checking it out.
