5/16"x6" Bolt Reverse Bend Kink Pr

I realise this is not a big reverse bend but its a PR for me and around a 75# increase from 225#-300# using the reverse style. Started off a few months ago with 60D's and now moving onto harder stuff! Once I can fully bend this within the next few weeks I will most definitely post a video of it as I will finally have something worth showing you all

This took me everything that I got, holding the hit for about 15 seconds for the first initial kink and then I kept trying for atleast an hour to try reverse it further. The red nail is within sight!!

Stop bending those. The threads all the way to the top weaken it and make it very possible to snap. I've snapped many things that have looked very similar the that "bolt". Get some grade 2 5/16" thick bolts. Work with those. Where are you getting your poundage info? Are you guessing or have you calibrated these?

It did cross my mind about the possibility of it snapping and I will take your advice and find some others. I got told at the store that it was estimated at that and it does feel around that estimation but I cant be sure without properly getting it calibrated. Regardless of it snapping it is a lot harder than anything I have ever done before so im satisfied, but thank you for your advice I will look into it!

Its a 8mmx150mm carriage bolt that I got from the store.

I was going to film it once I could get it to 40 degrees as I've never concidered reverse 60Ds worth putting up.
