That coupled with questionable breathing during maximal lifts can put your bp into the danger zone in a hurry. Also top bb and strongman have been known to use hgh as well, which enlarges organs including the heart. A recipe for disaster. A lifelong natural lifting responsably can reasonably expect to lift a very long time without ill effects. Even heavy weights. Because if you build up your strength over a long period of time, your body and everything in it can handle it. Where as if you take the shortcuts to super human strength, your body is not able to handle it, and can fail. I don't recall any recent big name dying who was natural.
