jvance
Nice man... What's the IM pin height? 15 or 18? Either way you are good for a good 200+ on a solid 24" standard vbar. The shorter the harder on vbars so good job

Mike Sharkey
Also Mitti never counts the implement, so this is actually 185#

bencrush
Nice pull! Good start. It was one of my favorite lifts to train. Experiment a LOT with hand placement and wrist position.
David Mitti
Nice pull! Good start. It was one of my favorite lifts to train. Experiment a LOT with hand placement and wrist position. Thanks Ben!! Appreciate the advice, I will definitely try out different placement and wrist positions I work for that 200# lift.. Might have to get a fbbc bar so I can get on the list in the future.. Buccos1
Awesome lift David! Did you use the IM loading pin "as is (with chips and wear)," or smooth it out before these lifts?
David Mitti
Awesome lift David! Did you use the IM loading pin "as is (with chips and wear)," or smooth it out before these lifts? Just as it was,it has some wear but for the most part it's slick and doesn't hold chalk well. If I can break 200# with this I believe I will end up getting an official fbbc v-Bar and see what I can do..
Anthony C.
Nice lift david! I have the grapple grips in 2 inch width...same concept if i use them like this?
David Mitti
Nice lift david! I have the grapple grips in 2 inch width...same concept if i use them like this? Thanks Anthony! The grapple grips can be manipulated with the wrist more beings it ain't one solid bar. If you try to pull 100% straight up with them being as strict as you can I would think they could definitely help. Obviously purchase a v-Bar when you can tho if this is something your after...
