JoshW Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 Heavy barbell curls not completely strict form but not swinging the weights with the whole body helped me with arm wrestling. Also try a single handle on the cable machine but do curls on it and sort of simulate the movement used in arm wrestling, hard to explain without showing you but I am sure you can youtube it.
