The Handle Blob

Lifted this punk the other day. A curl will come soon, mark my words..

The Handle Blob belongs to Paul Knight and it is here on loan from him.

It is a 50-lb Next Gen Blob with the handle still attached to it.

When lifting it backwards (thumb on the handle side) it is EXTREMELY hard to lift.

There's a lot of BEATEN PEOPLE out there.

You're not one of them.

There are people who weren't successful at

getting something so they gave up, and now

they want to make YOU give up too.

Don't let them.

They will tell you about physical limitations...

They will feed you full of senseless garbage...

They will try their best to whittle away at

your confidence, and make you feel bad, so

they can feel better about themselves.

You are successful, and it drives the BEATEN PEOPLE crazy.

The BEATEN PEOPLE have given up and they

are trying to spread their POISON.

One dude is Dan Ely on the left of the screen. The other is Luke Raymond on the right of the screen, doing the glute bridges.
