Jedd did this the other night so i had to try and match! couldn't get a legal pull but i'm stoked either way.. 335 is not bad..

Nice work bro. The lockout on these is tough. I have a hard time keeping my wrist goosenecked, regardless of the weight. It's like I am not stable in that position, or am too tight in the extensors... Let's keep trying.

agreed, its basically almost the equivalent of wrist curling 335 on an axle. Pretty difficult with anything over 300#.. for me the only thing that made it possible was staying tight in the lats and torquing the hands back like a 2hp.. its a great movement though, should help my DO axle quite a bit
