Lighten it up a bit, grip it straight on center and start one arm rowing that thing. Wait and see what happens to your grip! Good effort keep it up! 5 sets of 10 each arm one hand braced at waist height, back angled and square, hips square ,and feet fore and aft on line. Use smaller diameter plates and row it up into your arm pit!

Thanks for taking a look and sharing some useful thoughts.

My training is kinda been all over the place lately, starting to devise a plan and get back on track.
