Inch Dumbbell Lift

I'm finally getting somewhat decent on thickbar.

The only thickbar training I've been doing lately is with the LGC 60 mm rolling handle.

Very strong Martin!

What is your maximum weight on handle LGC on the left and right hand?

Thanks! As Arne said it's 75 kg with both hands. But it's probably a month ago since I last tested my 1RM.

Awesome stuff Martin, I remember you always said your thickbar lagged behind your other (monstruous) areas like grippers and pinch. Now it seems it wont be a problem anymore!

Do you use those clubbells I see in the video?

Thanks! I'm not doing much grippers, and extremely little pinch training at the moment, so instead I'm doing almost stupid amounts of work on the LGC Rolling handle. Looks like it's helping! :)

The Iranian Meels are Arne's.

EDIT: I rarely use them.

Hmm... Is that Swenglish? ;)

The last time I used the RT was a couple of moths ago, at that time I pulled 90,5 kg with my left and 93 kg with my right.

Awesome display of strength!

Well Done!

Thanks David!

I am working on a Bosco bell filled with 5/8 steel rack poop( stampings that look like big aspirins) the bell full weighs 90 and is a jy to row, snatch or clean. We are loading one with 12 " ends to see what it would weigh as well. 90 on an Inch sized replica feels nice for training.
