If you can do the same feat you will have some of the strongest grip men in the world scratching their heads. In the Mighty Mitts only two( as I recall) lifted the plate of the crew of 8. These two plates have the same measurements as the iron mind hub. The plate in my right hand (ivanko) actually slopes a little towards the bottom which makes it a hair more difficult. I can't get that one with my left yet but soon I will. If the York plates are any size close to the iron mind hub I'm sure I can lift it.
