Axle

What's considered good on double overhead axle deadlift? My best regular deadlift is 550 mixed grip, 405 double overhead no hook, so far I managed 260 x 2 on the axle, seems like room to grow. Also began doing static holds 2 hands on 20 kilo plates, best thus far is 28 seconds.

This has been asked and answered quite a bit. Depends on your bodyweight and handsize mainly. Since your deadlift is over 500, you have a great base to build on. Back strength will never be what limits you.

If your hands are over 7.5", but less than 8", I consider 350lbs the start of good.

Got a 7" hobbit hand? 275lbs is good.

Proud possessor of an 8.5" hand? 400lbs at the bare minimum.
