PeterSweden Posted November 18, 2013 Share Posted November 18, 2013 I'm thinking about taking up reverse bending this year. I've always bent DO but Im looking to get more wrist focus. I've seen clips of reverse certs and bends where they link or refer to david hornes world of grip. Are there stock available for practising or is it only calibrated bars for certing, david?
