windoughboywin
Abdullah, I have wrestled many years, I would buy Twist Yo Wrist. You can make your own wicked wrist roller with 10 tens bucks, go to home depot they have pre cut pieces of pipe. Drill a hole in the center of the pipe, knot some nylon rope through the hole and put a clip on the other side. BOOM! Wrist roller!
Guest Squat More
I am going to jump to a conclusion that the thread starter isn't from the USA, or North America for that matter. If you are a wrestler, you might want to invest in a 2" pipe or if you can, an axle for deadlifts, cleans, curls etc. Being a wrestler, training thick bar would help with wrist control and things of that nature, also using a hammer or sledgehammer for levering would also be a major benefit for grappling grip strength. Abdullah
Combat Sambo? Damn that is tough stuff, how long have you been involved in it? about 2 years. why is tough?
Guest Squat More
It is tough as in the competitors are usually tough, due to it being a nice mix of wrestling, judo and jiu jitsu, from what I recall.

windoughboywin
Abdullah I am saying make one buy the other and have both. Squat more is dead on in his advice. As a wrestler you often need wrist control, wrist are thick therefore you should do thick bar training. I would do many repetitions as endurance will be important
