Gabriel Sum was reported but unfortunately injured again, just as Alexander Koehne. Alexander wants to be certified with the # 3 Captain of Crush. It was this Saturday but unfortunately not possible, we conducted a dress rehearsal for by. I'm sure that Alexander take this hurdle can soon. In competition, the new Rolling Thunder, the Silver Bullet, one of the three blocks and a Halterner Olympic dumbbell was used for One Hand Deadlifts. These four disciplines that we have already done in previous competitions, came this year added a medley. In this medley # 2 was closed with a credit card, lifted the hub and one of the Halterner blocks, just like the Rolling Thunder, in which a set of chains was attached about 60 kg. Loading on the pin of the hubs were 10 kg on the Halterner blocks of 40 kg. These four disciplines were considered "ticket" for the 5th Exercise of medleys: Lifting the Replka inch or inch coaches with 112 or 152 lbs. To the inch was just Trainer, who had mastered the four previous tasks. The time limit was 2 minutes. For the first time at the start was Chrysovalantis Tampakos, a training partner of John Lierfeld. John Lierfeld who has denied some grip strength and kettlebell competition with us, finished third, used the # 2 at the strap holds and raised as an overall result with the Rolling Thunder 125 kg. Lierfeld John is active in the power and martial arts, kettlebells and lifts him for the grip strength training is more of a supplement, the results of tests he liked the competition. A new Iron Mind # 3 we opened for the world record attempt by Stefan Falke. In training, he had already placed some considerable time, it was in competition with the Silver Bullet and the Silver Bullet disc but with 33:4 seconds. Currently the world record with this setup for almost 54 seconds. I'm mr sure Stefan will be on the ball. Total Stefan took four second places and so came in second place. For the first time in the first place was Marco Buhl, who has been in recent years an astonishing development behind! He set personal bests in the One Hand Deadlifts and picked up after the first four exercises medleys of the coach inch (152 lbs) or 12 times. Meanwhile, it can also highlight the Inch Replica and I'm sure that he can soon be certified as a captain of crush. Marco brings not only a good hand with force, and overall body strength is pronounced, and thus the lifting of heavy Thickbars is not a problem, as he has shown it in the past Halterner Thickbar meetings.
