Tom Scibelli
I bought one a few months ago and have really liked it. I use it about once a week, it will really blow up your forearms. I also like that I can travel with it, but if you bring it with you in your carry on luggage be ready to explain to TSA excactly what it is because they will pull it out of your bag and have no idea what it is lol. jtaliani
I was hesitant to buy one based on the price and limited reviews, but decided to take the plunge a month or two ago. All I can say is I personally have NO REGRETS. While it is pricey, in my opinion, it is a very quality piece of equipment. Here are a few of the things that I like over traditional wrist rollers. The entire unit (weights and all) is in a very small package. This makes it not only easy to move around and/or travel with, but also makes "weight changes" non-existent. I'm almost instantaneously ready for my next forearm pumping set. While that's all nice, I think the biggest plus of this unit is its versatility though. You can do some hardcore wrist/forearm work that just isn't possible (or not easy) with a traditional post and string roller. There are no limitations on how you orient the device since you aren't actually winding anything up. All in all, once you get past the price, it is a fantastic piece of equipment. Are you located in the US? If so, it should be ~$140 including shipping. In either case, if you can afford it, I'd pick one up. It's not cheap but built extremely well and comes with a lifetime warranty.

jtaliani
Ouch! As much as I love mine, I'd have a hard time paying nearly $250 for a wrist roller. Depending on what you can get other options for, the choice is yours. I can't comment on the value to you, just on my experience with the unit. Best of luck in your choice! PS - you may want to check Amazon or other retailer options to see if you can find one for less
Justin Matney
My wife got me one this past Christmas. I love it, but it's definitely overpriced.

db2000
Are there any alternatives to this (apart from the obvious regular wrist roller). The Sierra Mega wrist roller seems to be discontinued and the gripstik seems way too brittle
