Reason for question is within 1mm of closing Im 2.5 and hoping that working narrow spread of gnc 250 will give me a little bump at being able to close 2.5. acorn Posted January 2, 2013 Share Posted January 2, 2013 Spring rate is different so it is not exactly comparible to a specific set on the wider gripper. Focusing your work in the full closed area is what you really need to knock that out quickly. If you can close the GNC 250 you might consider filing it to do some beyond the range closes or holds. It would probably benefit your training greatly to make it out to a training session or even the upcoming March comp.
