Thumbs feel good, been putting vitamin E on the pads and webbing daily. They look nothing like they usually do after a pinch workout. So I give E a thumbs up. PM 2HP. 67° 42% humidity 125 one hand warm ups 124 2 hand warm ups 175 x4 175 x4 175 x4 175 x4 175 x4 175 x4 Blobtop trainer up to two 10sec holds each hand fatman 2 lifts righty 90 hex blob left and right lifts, mostly left since I was fatigued from trying the fatman and still needed some lifts on the left. rico300zx Posted June 1, 2015 Author Share Posted June 1, 2015 DO thick bar 135 x4 225 x4 315 x4 405 x4 reset grip after each rep I think I'm going to be doing these for a little while I'm going to try and lay off the heavy squats I've got a nagging lower back ache which just won't go away maybe the deadlifts will readjust things for me. whatever squats I do are just going to be light weight high reps. on top of that really hard for me to stay focus on squad during the summer I've already lost 10 pounds because I just can't seem to get to the gym maybe once school is out for the kids in a couple weeks things will get easier for methere's just always something to do this for the familyon top of that everytime I eat my wife says I eat too much all I can say is whatever Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
