His Grip Training Program

  • grip training every third day
  • alternate Program 1 and 2 every second session

Program 1

  • Captains of Crush 2 sets 10 reps, 1-2 sets x reps
  • Wrist Roller 3 sets x max
  • Wrist Curls 2 sets 10 reps
  • Grip Hold

Program 2

  • Captains of Crush 2 sets 5 reps, 2 sets 1 rep, 2 sets overload (negatives)
  • Wrist Roller 2 sets with 80% of Max
  • Wrist Curls 2 sets 10 reps
  • Grip Hold 1 set 40 seconds, 90% of max

people forget how much of a beast magnus was. Easily at the top of his game could compete with the likes of anyone.
