Metacarpal
When you guys pick up hubs do you grasp them with your finger tips or more of with the first (most distal) knuckles of your fingers? Also, if you have any accessory exercises that you do that seem to especially help with hub lifting please share them. Thanks!
daniel reinard
I use three different types of grip for hub lifting. It all depends on what hub I'm trying to lift. I find there are so many variations and hub trainers that certain ones will feel better with certain grips. Just play around with grips and get a feel for what works. When you see other hubs you may or may not like that same grip on it.

The ironmind imtug or mini grippers help me with the finger tips
