It got me through the initial squatting with baby girl weights before joining the gym, so now I squat in public. With more than most baby girls use too. Since the bar stayed on the starting hooks for months, getting gradually heavier of course, they need some pretty serious encouragement to get them to a new position, but the side bars go up and down easily, and it's solid. If anyone in the L.A. area wants to come and help take it down and away, it's theirs for $100. Putting it back up again would of course not be my concern. If they live in Venice I'll even drive it to their place in my El Camino. It got me into the gym, it's done it's job. Now I get to finally see what all this Nautilus stuff is about.
