python
Any suggestions for building the crushing grip besides using a gripper? I tried the pliers/bucket lift and it seems to work but someone said over 50lbs in the bucket and it works the shoulder more. Any advice would be appreciated. I thought the farmers walk was the way to go, but I guess there are more effective methods.
HandsofStone
I highly recommend you purchase the book Mastery of Hand Strength by John Brookfield. It's a MANDATORY read for the beginner.

python
I just started my sledgehammer workouts and man my hands are feeling it. Don't have a sledge hammer but I am using the IronMind lever bar I suppose it is similar in what it works but I imagine having the weight farther down would need more strength to lever it. Anyway I feel it after only one day working with it. Great suggestion once again, Thanks.
