Whats Your Longest Workout?

Usualy only 60-90 mintues long for my regular workouts that includes warm ups. I don't try to blitz through my workouts and like a decent ammount of volume and gym is usually crowded so hard to finish quick since a lot of people are on machines you need.

I've had runs take 1-1/2 hrs. 45mins for weight training. 15 minutes for grip.

I train grip twice a week, about 2-3 hours each workout.

When I've got a lot to do and things are clicking along I can go around 3 hours or so. Most of my workouts are split 1hr during lunch and 1 to 1.5 hrs before supper.
