yummy Posted July 9, 2012 Share Posted July 9, 2012 Usualy only 60-90 mintues long for my regular workouts that includes warm ups. I don't try to blitz through my workouts and like a decent ammount of volume and gym is usually crowded so hard to finish quick since a lot of people are on machines you need.
