:) Hey there, im new to the board. Just a quick question, how many times a week d'ya guys train your grip? Everyones different, so I just wana know a few opinions, COC'S , holds , etc. Thanx :inno

Normally once a week (except grippers which I do when I feel like it). However, for competition I have to do more than 3-4 movements and so will break it down and add a grip movement to one of my other workouts.

You'll have to experiment. Anywhere from once a day to once a week is common, and as you progress, your optimum amount of rest may change as well.
