I had a word with the chiropractor I work with today and told her about my passion for grip training and asked her about CTS and how I can prevent it with my training.

The general response was to;

* Warm up properly

* Use mobility work i.e flexing and extending the wrist and the same with the elbows and fingers.

* Flexibility work for the fingers and wrists.

I know most people on here already do that but just thought it may encourage people a bit more if they don't, and disspel any fears of grip training for those who may worry about CTS.
