Got Elbow Pain? (tendonitis, Epicondylitis, Etc?)

I was reading the board and saw the following post this morning:

http://www.gripboard...topic=38769&hl=

In it, the post started mentions he is having some serious elbow pain, which he described as tendonitis...

I was about ready to recommend the program I put together with gent named Rick Kaselj, called Fixing Elbow Pain, when I saw this:

"Three months ago
I had elbow pain so bad that I could'nt close any tough grippers or lift heavy block weights
. I bought Jedd Johnson's elbow pain e book, and
following the advice in the program has taken away all of the pain in my elbow
. So, the program they give you would be good prehab for you and it is priced very reasonably for what you recieve. That is the case though with anything Jedd offers. He is a wizard! - Griffin"

I saw some other members posted that they didn't know this program was out.

I am sorry for not posting it here. At the time of the release I was so darned busy that I must have forgotten to post it.

If you are having pain around the elbows from grip training or bending, I strongly suggest you check out our program, Fixing Elbow Pain. It has helped out a lot of people in the short time it has been available.

A little about the program...I have had severe elbow pain multiple times. Unfortunately, I refused to listen to my body for a long time and it caught up to me many times. At Global Grip Challenge 2006, I had lateral epicondylitis so bad I could not close a gripper.

I have figured out on my own how to get rid of it, and have been successful in keeping it away as well.

If you are having similar issues, by all means, try out our program Fixing Elbow Pain . That page will tell you all about it and it is only $27.

All the best,

Jedd
