Height = 5 foot 9 " Weight = 192 Hand = 7 1/2 " Wrist = 7 " Calf = 15 1/2 " Ankle = 9 " Forearm = 13 " Bicep = 15 1/2 " Quad = 22 " Waist = 36 " Chest = 42 " Able to close the Trainer and # 1 so far. Can pinch 65 lbs. on a wooden block just a hair under 3". Squat- 520lbs. parallel, ( just used a belt & knee wraps) Bench press- 340 lbs., Deadlift- 562lbs. Squat-not sure-plan on hitting 650 in November at 198. Bench press-somewhere around 360 raw. Deadlift-650 raw. Shooting for 700 in November.
