Time to get out the cloth tape measure.

Here we go.

Height = 5 foot 9 "

Weight = 192

Hand = 7 1/2 "

Wrist = 7 "

Calf = 15 1/2 "

Ankle = 9 "

Forearm = 13 "

Bicep = 15 1/2 "

Quad = 22 "

Waist = 36 "

Chest = 42 "

Able to close the Trainer and # 1 so far.

Can pinch grip two 25's and plate curl a 25.

2 weeks ago I could barely squeeze out 3 reps on the #1, I just did 16 consecutive reps on it yesterday. Can pinch 65 lbs. on a wooden block just a hair under 3". Squat- 520lbs. parallel, ( just used a belt & knee wraps) Bench press- 340 lbs., Deadlift- 562lbs.

Tou, just out of curiousity, is that 575 squat breaking parallel or higher?

Was that 370 lb. one hand deadlift to lockout or just a inch or so off the ground? I'd like to see a pic of that, what do you say to posting it?

I did pick it all the way up but the pic was taken on the way down. I did not hold it up for very long. The pic is too poor to post on here. I will send it to you if you like.

That one arm dead of the Farmers implement would be a very cool event.

I'll try to get my measurements but I'm just a shade under 270 now...

Yes that 370 with a 2 3/8 handle is impressive.you did that awhile back didn't you?400lbs is a nice even number ;)

Which size forged ring did you use on that Dinnie lift?
