Jonathan McMillan Posted March 22, 2003 Share Posted March 22, 2003 When I'm doing strap holds, and I'm finishing the hold I pull the strap out and slam the gripper shut the remainder 1/2mm (thanks to the metal ruler suggestion!!!) and hold it for a second longer.
