This will be a series of grip tests, from a: 64kg Thomas Inch Walk for distance The Rolling Thunder Deadlift for Maximum 400lb Monkey Grip Axle Deadlift for Reps The Coin Pinch The Mighty Mitts Medley These events are planned to test every part of your hand strength.
