I practice not at all!

it is only a few have been trying I've done!

But I think I'll do something with grip training and show people that I'm not a fake! would provoke anyone but what do you mean what can I close with training? if I have been training without a very severe closed coc3.5 rating with 196lbs! I know people do not believe me, it is the truth, as I say, I have no need to lie
