2nd Annual Feats of Strength Meet sponsored by the Bay Area Senior Games, Castro Valley CA, March 12, 2012, 10am to 3pm. Pullups for Reps, Weighted Pullup, Standing Long Jump, Farmer's Walk, & Dynamometer Hand Grip. For the Farmer's Walk we will have both dumbbells and farmer's walk handles. 50m course with 3 U-turns. We will have standard handle weights for the competition based on gender and age group, but you may choose lighter or heavier weights to suit your talents. We will use the Baseline 300 lb dynamometer, 3 attempts. After the official events, we will have some unofficial grip events including the rolling handle 1-hand partial deadlift. All attempts are eligible for official Feats of Strength International world records. We will provide the required video verification to ratify all successful world record attempts.
