There is also an option to upgrade to a hard copy, which will be ready soon to be shipped. My wrist developer should be shipping this week and this looks to be the perfect addition to it. Rather get the info straight from the pros than wasting time figuring it out on my own. I actually picked up your Nail Bending E-book and have been pretty satisfied so far. Looking to take my wrist strength to insane levels. At first, it was $19.99 for the On-line version and then you could upgrade to the hard copy on the delivery page. That was around the time of the Arnold Classic and Mighty Mitt, so I was focused heavily on that and it slipped my mind. The price will go up on the video on Monday. They are working on updating the design and the new version will be available in few months. They are not taking any pre orders since they don't even have a prototype ready.
