Malice Posted September 23, 2011 Share Posted September 23, 2011 Here's a video I got after work at 2:30am closing my CoC #2 with a CCS for 25 reps. I actually closed it 26 times but on one of them the credit card didn't fully go through the handles and I didn't notice it until just now when I re-watched the video so that one doesn't count. It sure seems to work great for you judging from the rate at which you're completing your goals. Currently I'm doing about 5 heavy singles (sometimes more) with my goal gripper as well as other grip work. Then I take 2 days off and do a lighter workout doing 5-10 explosive singles with a gripper I can close fairly easily followed by max reps with either my #2 or 2.5.
