Guest Chris Mellen Posted March 8, 2003 Share Posted March 8, 2003 Hey folks: I got the KTA program a week ago and am through week one. I haven't used anything like this in the past. I went from being able to just barely close a #1 to smashing it shut in a week. I think that's pretty good. I apologize if I missed it in the text, but can someone enlighten me as to how long one should rest between sets? BTW: People that are not using the program--feel free to answer. I am interested in hearing. What brought this up was Rick Walker's post on the Arnold Classic.
