Norden Posted September 3, 2011 Posted September 3, 2011 I'm using the 77 mm Ironmind Blockbuster pinchblock for pinching in order to get bigger thumb pads, just to help my gripper-training. However, will this do the job or will I need to get a telegraph key to see a notable difference in size of my thumb pads? I would guess that the block would be MUCH less effective because it's not dynamic. Quote
