Grip_noob Posted August 28, 2011 Share Posted August 28, 2011 Haven't been grip training for the last two months, so thought it was about time to get back to it again. My camera was lying around in my gym bag, so decided to make a little movie of me doing some kettlebell pinch deadlifts. Normally I use a shoelace over the kettebell to tie on more weight, but forgot it today, so used a chain which shortened the ROM a bit instead. Think the last lifts is almost as good as before, so two months off, doesn't seem to have effected my open hand strength. Now I'm looking forward to lifting the 16kg kettlebell, but think that would require at least a 12+10kg lift. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
