I was currious if anyone had a pictures or new of any videos on ways to use the extended handle to full advantage. I know its primary use is for negatives? Malice Posted August 24, 2011 Share Posted August 24, 2011 Another way to do it is to push against your thigh with the extended handle to close it. Extended handle grippers really make doing forced negatives much more comfortable since you don't have to smash your fingers to close it.
