She has to work on the crush down because she got stuck at 90. She plays volley ball and has strong and flexible shoulders. I was quite suprised. I could not do a yellow for a month or so in D.O. Not big but fit. 5'3" I dont like to guess weight because of possible trouble but she is not fat at all. I have a video of the bend but she dosn't want it up on You tube.
