Jonathan McMillan
Hey Gang, Sorry I haven't posted in a billion years. A nasty divorce with ongoing issues will do that. I took up the ethanol therapy a bit too hard and stopped training for a while. I am back in the mix. So as the title says does anyone know the weight of the moving handle on the go-really grip machine. Just for curiosity, doesn't matter much as far as training goes. climber511
Find a fisherman and borrow his spring scale - hook it under the bar and lift it up - read the number and you've got it.
mightyjoe
Raise the bar up, slide a set of scales under it and then let the bar down. Read the scales. Assuming you have scales that will fit between the inner bar and outer frame.

Jedd Johnson
Jonathan, sorry to hear of your struggles. Hope things are clearing out and hope to see you soon. Jedd
Jonathan McMillan
Thanks Jedd, life is on the up and up again! So I tried to do the scale thing and the electronic scale was fussy and wouldn't register anything so then I just held the handle and stood on the scale and subtracted my weight. Got 24lbs which seems light to me. Jon@han
