Jonathan McMillan Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Hey Gang, Sorry I haven't posted in a billion years. A nasty divorce with ongoing issues will do that. I took up the ethanol therapy a bit too hard and stopped training for a while. I am back in the mix. So as the title says does anyone know the weight of the moving handle on the go-really grip machine. Just for curiosity, doesn't matter much as far as training goes. bencrush Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Great to see you back Johnathan! Sorry I don't know the answer to your question. Quote

mightyjoe Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Raise the bar up, slide a set of scales under it and then let the bar down. Read the scales. Assuming you have scales that will fit between the inner bar and outer frame. Quote If you focus on your problems, you'll have more problems. Jonathan McMillan Posted August 1, 2011 Author Posted August 1, 2011 Thanks Jedd, life is on the up and up again! So I tried to do the scale thing and the electronic scale was fussy and wouldn't register anything so then I just held the handle and stood on the scale and subtracted my weight. Got 24lbs which seems light to me. Jon@han Quote 2007 goal: get a #3 shut
