Gear Screen Shots

the bag is full of steel shot - about 30 or 40 lbs.

I use it for kung fu striking but also grip & hold which is very difficult because it is clumsy.

The KB's are 16, 20, 24 & 40 kg's.

I have PVC stuffed with newspaper to make my thick handle dumbells.

As well as this gear I have a power twister and a sledge hammer.

Thanks man, I totally appreciate that offer! Same goes here...if you're ever passing through Northern NJ and feel like sharing some of your mojo, let me know! I'm just getting started, but I'm sure I'll be collecting more stuff as time passes.

That wrist roller setup is NICE!

Thanks! Everything was bought at Home Depot. I don't remember the site, but I got the idea from another guy who builds alot of stuff out of steel pipe. It was super easy to build...just screw the parts together and screw the flanges to the wall and floor support!
