I use it for kung fu striking but also grip & hold which is very difficult because it is clumsy. The KB's are 16, 20, 24 & 40 kg's. I have PVC stuffed with newspaper to make my thick handle dumbells. I don't remember the site, but I got the idea from another guy who builds alot of stuff out of steel pipe.
