silverbackgrip
Man....... I want to buy the KTA program so badly... but then I couldn't keep posting workout vids or basically keep my website up. The KTA program is shrouded in mystery for those who don't buy it. GripBoard even has a private forum for KTA buyers to prevent other people from just looking up KTA posts and getting the info for free. My workout videos would basically be giving away the KTA program........not cool. All I know about the program is that it's high volume training, 5 or 6 days a week. So i'm going to make a workout routine with this as the guideline. I'm assuming there's 3 or 4 days dedicated to a single type of training, (strap holds, negatives, beyond range training, high reps), with a couple days having mixed training (thumbs/overcrush, strap holds/beyond range/negatives...etc. Well, here I go into the unknown.... like a BOSS! ...........O.K...... so...... I'm not really marching into the unknown because I have GripBoard....... but in terms of KTA knowledge..... blind as a bat....lol Edited June 17, 2011 by Euclides
KRC
Buy the program, don't post the details. Phase 1, Day 1 etc. etc. Simple as that. Less worrying more crushing!
RTvG
There's no problem at all. KTA is a great training program. Once you're in, you can discuss about it all you want, on the KTA board. Cheers, RT.
Bill Piche
Many have had really good gains on the program. To really assess, read through the data and then decide for yourself. You are just beginning training and the volume of full blown KTA would probably be too much and too soon.

If you really want to close the #4, you need to do whatever it takes, and not worry about how often you update your blog.
The Mac
It's nice that there is a KTA forum. It stops the answer to every question on this forum, including the time of day, being "KTA....."
Jedd Johnson
KTA is reasonably priced and buying it helps keep the whole forum going. There's nothing wrong with paying for good quality information. Bill's stuff is good. He's not some con-artist or rip-off specialist. The program will be something you can either follow in detail or break apart and use in a piecemeal fashion. Either way, you should not heistate to pay for a good product, especially when there is such crappy information out there that is free and getting peoplke hurt.
