Legendofjd3
Never heard of anyone doing these before. Looks like I need to work on the ole' left hand a bit. Wouldn't keep up with the right. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mdd9e2rCkM

bencrush
Very nice! I used to correspond infrequently with a guy from overseas (UK - but he was military so it was rotating) that did a LOT of hub farmer's walks in his training. Almost to the exclusion of all other grip training. I told him a few times that I thought he should put some variety into his training. But they worked very well for him and his needs. He was an MP and reportedly had fearsome pinch strength - enough so that he rarely even had to put hands on the guys because they knew his reputation for having painfully strong hands.
