The contest will include grip focused events such as an axle clean & press, axle DO deadlift and a farmer's carry. At one point I did have the weights a little higher, but my gym isn't exactly a haven for this type of training. Thus I had to make the loads achievable for anyone at my gym, so long as they trained for it. Trying to keep it beginner friendly since we don't have a large strongman/powerlifter/grip sport crowd.
