We have evaluated a simple two stage item that REALLY rehabs the hands and takes away much of the pain and stiffness after heavy grip training, Also a institutional, glass smooth dial adjustable rotational wrist roller machine that is really first class. The moment it was silently put out in our facility "everyone" I mean "everyone" is on this thing! Great for other sports as well. It will flat blow up your forearms like Popeye, heal many nagging injuries and allow for some significant conditioning and strength increase.
