Hubgeezer
Hello everyone I want to order good a grip book i find The Grip Master's Manual John Brookfield It's a good book? What other books do you recommend me? That is Brookfield's second book. His first one is "Mastery of Hand Strength", which I think is a better book. It may be a little "outdated" by the standards of this forum. However, it is an excellent book that explains some of the basic types of exercises concerning grip.
