RTvG Posted March 16, 2011 Share Posted March 16, 2011 Hi, I use the 4 and 5 for this. Just hold them as feels comfortable and squeeze them tight with the thumb. You can also use MIstrass's (boardmember) adjustable imtug, he calls it "ring & pinky trainer". It looks like the vulcan hand gripper but it is smaller and has thick handles (to mimic an imtug). it has filed handles too.
