Dynamic Thumb Training With Imtugs

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I use the 4 and 5 for this. Just hold them as feels comfortable and squeeze them tight with the thumb. I leave the spring pointing left or right or even forward, just what works at that moment.

RT.

I use my "ivanko super gripper" for dynamic thumb work. You can also use MIstrass's (boardmember) adjustable imtug, he calls it "ring & pinky trainer". It looks like the vulcan hand gripper but it is smaller and has thick handles (to mimic an imtug). it has filed handles too. PM him - he doesn't sell them anywhere and builds them by request (I hope he still does).

I've been using the vice gripper for thumb work for a few months now and have gotten some good results from it too. Makes progression much easier.
