David_wigren
Unfortunately the camera died right before I had the chance to measure the inside legs, or show it to be past parallel. But as long as it's my equipment that fails and not me I'm happy. Next time I will go for a 38". BTW I want to issue a warning to the usage of that sweeping technique. This stresses the obliques like CRAZY and if you've not developed them you WILL tear them. Train smart and with cation, one step at a time
macaz
Good work. I like the music too. Don’t worry about the camera shutting off. I could tell it was well passed parallel.

RichardBean1
That was sick David! Biggest damn bar I have ever seen! That is very impressive and creative with your technique. I have never seen that before. Awesome!
David_wigren
Thank you Richard! I'm sure it's been done before. Personally I find this technique way more effective than some of the others where you're pulling with your arms. I don't care how strong your arms are, they will never be as strong as your core
