simonevincenzi
I'd like to know from people involved in armwrestling on the gripboard which are the best exercises (grip-related or not) to develop armwrestling ability. Thanks Simone
Griparn
I think wrist exercises are very important. Leverlifts, wristcurls, wristroller... Working with grippers will also strength your hand. Another great exercise is ropeclimbing. It trains the whole upperbody!

paul valpreda
Some of the exercises that I use and think are very beneficial for armwrestling strength are plate wrist curls, plate curls, dumbbell hammer curls, barbell reverse curls, dumbbell wrist curls, and pinch-gripping Olympic plates together. There are many more than this, but I use these as a foundation for strength-building in armwrestling. Maybe David Horne would have some suggestions as I know he is a fantastic armwrestler amongst his many talents. Time on the table is very important as I'm sure you know. Tom Page
The absolute, bar none, best excersize there is to devope your "arm wrestling"muscles and tendons is to PULL with another person from various angles.
