Would be great if Paul would keep a traininglog of some sort here on the board, would be very nice to read what he's doing in his training sessions.

Also curious like bill what that #3 rates. Not that it matters, if it would rate even #2.5 this still is a great thing to pull off! Think I can't even

pull this one of with my #2!

Grippers vary. There are hard #3's and easier #3's. And, averages that have been calculated.

Look up "gripper calibration" in the search engine. :)

I'm familiar with the gripper calibrations Bill :happy , I just meant that even if that gripper would rate like the 'lightest' resistance for instance Wade Gillingham calibrated an IM#3 (61kg/134.48lbs), it would still be a great feat to pull off.

Awesome strength Paul. I hope to see you at the Arnold's we will have the Sports preformance network guys shadowing us. I would like them to see you "do your thing" and give you some credit for your grip prowess.I wonder if you had contemplated squashing the #4 to make a legit ccs close at the big show. I am sure Dr. Strossen and a number of the best gripsters in the world present as well to cheer you on. Let us know!RS
